Layaway Terms

This plan allows you to purchase merchandise without credit approval.  Delivery of your purchase will follow full payment.  A 10% down payment is required.  The balance will be divided into 6 equal interest-free monthly payments.  Statements will be sent by mail each month.  Following that, 6 payments equaling 1/6th of the balance are due monthly while your balance stays interest free.  Any layaway more than 30 days delinquent will be cancelled and the 10% down payment is kept as restocking fee.  If the order is cancelled after 30 days, the 10% down payment is also kept as a restocking fee.
