During the first two years a high area in the center of the mattress may be experienced; this is because the center is not used as much as each side.  This is normal.  The upholstery in the center will adjust to weight as the center is used over a period of time.  This process is to be expected and is not an indication of structural failure.

Body impressions on your new mattress are to be expected.  This is normal and indicates that the upholstery materials are conforming to your body. This is not a suggestion of structural defects or failure.

Don't be alarmed if your new mattress feels uncomfortable the first few nights.  Allow yourself ample time (3-4 weeks) for your back to adjust to the proper support system of your new mattress.
